DUE TO COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH CONCERNS.
Utility payments can be placed in the drop box located in the alley East of City Hall. Card payments can be taken by telephone or on our City website at www.clarksvilleiowa.com, then click on the Government & Services tab. Please note, there is a fee for doing debit/credit card payments. Penalties and fees still apply per normal procedure.

Effective immediately (03/27/2020) ALL CITY PARKS ARE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC.
